Easter Crafting

By now you have seen some of the Easter ATCs I have made - but there are still more to come...


I decorated some candles using the usual serviette method -
 but when my husband and daughter had both arrived home for Easter
 we started some egg decoration.

First we had to blow some duck eggs - we wanted white shells and all the hen eggs seem to be brown...

Then it was a process of dipping in dye, adding wax to areas that woud be kept that colour, dipping again and so on...eventually all the wax is warmed again and wiped off...

    So much work but so well-worth it.
    My family is very small so I didn't
    even dye any eggs.
